Positive: This is an amazing place to stay! It's very comfortable and the unit has everything a family might need for a week at the beach. There's a washing machine and clothes dryer (a real one not just some lines to dry clothes), dishwasher, modern fridge with ice machine, etc. The bedrooms all have AC plus ceiling fans and nice, comfy beds. The location is perfect - a few minutes walk to the shore line and just a few minutes drive to a gorgeous beach (Enterprise Beach). It's well situated to explore the island while being in a quieter, less touristy area. Just about perfect stay! Negative: Nothing - everything was perfect

We had an amazing stay and would definitely rebook this property Positive: The property was a great location, only a short walk to all amenities and bus. Great use of outside space, beds all comfortable, good range of kitchen appliances and utensils, brilliant value for money. Negative: We had a couple of very minor issues during our stay but property management resolved these very quickly and responded to all messages immediately.

Positive: Great location, waking distance to surfing spot and short drive to kitesurfing. Negative: The house is spacious but a little dated. Some home appliances, such as the washing machine or dishwasher, may need updating.

Beautiful home in a safe neighborhood. Hosts were very accommodating and responded to all our needs. Positive: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and priced for most of our needs. The neighbourhood is safe and close to the beautiful Miami Beach. Kids had a great time and it felt like home. Negative: Everything was great. Would be great to have access to a nearby bus route that runs frequently to get into town so definitely recommend renting a car during your stay.
